Control box failures…
I backed this fan on Kickstarter. For first few weeks after installation everything was fine. Then one day it just stopped. After some troubleshooting I found the problem to be the small black control box hidden in the top cover. Ordered a new one, installed it quickly, and the fan worked fine for several months. Last month the same problem popped up. I ordered another replacement from the site, but it has not arrived as of yet and there has been no communication in the 10 days since my order. Unacceptable in today’s world. Slow shipping aside I’m starting to think this is a recurring problem and I will be replacing these boxes routinely.
