We understand how frustrating it can be when there are discrepancies in shipment dates, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We strive to provide accurate and reliable shipping information to our customers, and we're sorry if there was a miscommunication in this case. We always aim to deliver orders as promptly as possible, but occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. We apologize for any disappointment or frustration this may have caused. According to your review, it was courier company that called get the shipment early but it delivered on the original day. We promise to ship within 12-24 hours after receipt of the order (except weekends and holidays). But we can't guarantee when it will be delivered, because it depends on the Courier company(FedEx). If there is any shipment exception, we will try to contact the FedEx to follow up, and be sure to ask them to deliver the products to customers in time. What you talked about shipping early, shipping on the original day, these mean the packages were arriving at the FedEx local facility (early/on time), instead of your location. Hello Kevin. I am sorry that our product could not satisfy you. We saw that you only bought a downrod on SF#4123 at smafan.com. Please note that the downrod is only suitable Carro DC ceiling fan. It would not match if your ceiling fan is not Carro brand and not DC ceiling fan. This information can be seen at product listing. If you have any problem, please contact us via [email protected]. Hi Bob, Thank you so much for raising your concern about the WIFI connecting problem to us.Don't worry,Bob. Let us explain it further to you and see how can we deal with this case together. For this fan,FIRST TIME it should be connected under the 2.4ghz network.Yes,for the FIRST TIME,the 5 ghz channel should be turned off.BUT If it is connected successfully for the first time,the fan can be controlled by the wall switch or smart app at anytime as long as the bluetooth is turned on,no matter what Wifi channel you use.
