Still waiting for our bed that was promised to us a week ago. Shipment keeps getting delayed, considering if I kept my order with the “other furniture company “ , and the other bed I preferred, it would have been delivered by now and their policy is returnable bed in 30 days if not fully satisfied. While your policy is no returns once the bed is assembled. So I sacrificed all that because I was promised a different (less quality, in my opinion ) bed from you because it was ready to be shipped sooner. So…..not happy……

The advertised app and bedtray are not available in USA (as seen in ad).The bed is very slow to rotate into positions. The remote for movement is very hard to see and difficult for elderly to operate. The button must be held down thru entire rotation process which is a difficulty for some people. The bed is extremely heavy/ place it in desired room space initially because takes 2-3 people to move on carpet. Rotation is good but not a lift chair position. Person can slide out of bed if not careful ( seatbelt is unwanted by owner). The mattress seems to fluff up in crease when bed is rotating. It will take some getting used to by elderly people. I am hoping that owner will become more fond of bed after a month or two....
