Nothing went wrong, it was easy and fast to order.

Easy to order and checkout. Can’t wait to see if this pillow helps my child sleep better and reduce mouth breathing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The toy I bought was so so cheap. It broke the day we got it and was much smaller than described. And if you want a cheaper price on the toy, you have to sign up to be a loyal member but the website doesn’t explain what that means. It means a monthly fee of $30. And they don’t refund you when you realize this even if it’s the day the charge comes through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Easy process, quick communication, and great with order updates.

I placed an order for a birthday gift 10 days in advance. It arrived late, and both the shipping box and product box were damaged. Additionally, I was charged $3.99 for shipping protection, and the $15 gift card was not received. I tried to return it for a credit, but I had to pay for shipping even though it was their error. I wanted to make other potential customers aware of my experience and to warn them not to deal with this Chinese company. I am updating my review to add that I did receive a partial refund and, while assembling the product, discovered that it was a cheap knockoff of the Paw Patrol characters. The fit was so bad, I threw it away. When I contacted the company regarding my experience with assembly, they requested more documentation and a video. Way too much effort. I would give them a 1/4 star if possible.

I purchased a pillow for $34.99, paid, received the pillow, then this company continued to try to charge my credit card for $29.99 repeatedly which got my credit card frozen for so many attempted fraudulent charges! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Very easy to order, relatively fast ship time expected. Looking forward to trying this out for my son.
