Worst support in US history
Worst support in US history. Bought parts which I haven‘t received. Support does not care. Don‘t buy at slingmods.com

Very Bad Order Process Time
Placed an order weeks ago. Still no shipping update. Now have another order placed for "In Stock" items, and it's still just "processed" 7 days later........

SLINGMODS FIXED EVERYTHING 😀
Ok slingmod, You guys did a great job fixing everything. At first I wasn’t happy and you guys did what every take to make this customer come back always. THANK YOU SO MUCH SLINGMOD I LOVE THE ROOF AND WILL ALWAYS SHOP WITH YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

Hello Ronny - We want to thank you first for the order, and apologize for the frustration . I looked into the order, and since the tops are custom made to order (choose your powder color, shade color, etc) they are done and shipped by the manufacturer direct. We reach out to them for ETAs, but always let the customer know that it can take 2-4 weeks for custom tops. As far as the delivery via FedEx freight, apologies that FedEx had told you one thing, but did not deliver on what they said. Since this is FedEx freight, as these are 130lbs in a crate, the logistics differ from your standard packages. Apologies again, and hope to earn your business back in the future.

Canceled my order
Bought products for ~100 dollars which entitled me to free shipping according the site. A day later, when I already payed for the products, they told me that shipping would be 56 dollars extra.

Hello Christoffer - Apologies for the misunderstanding. Free shipping is available to customers on most items and orders over $85+ where the order is shipping within the Contiguous U.S. - International orders, as there can be so many combinations of sizes on products, would have to be quoted out to get a freight quote. This is described in more detail on our terms and conditions. Apologies for the confusion.

Every aspect of slingmods is exemplary
I have been purchasing from slingshot accessory sites for quite some time. While some of them are adequate, the other sites cannot hold a candle to the service, quality, variety, install videos and especially customer service. I can send an email asking a question, or for clarification or even with an issue and I am guaranteed to have a solution within 24 hours. Often times the same day. One representative, Luis S., has exemplified the value of actual, quantifiable customer service in a way that very few people ever have. I personally run my own business and I would hire Luis in a second. Having access to a company like slingmods.com has made owning a slingshot a pleasure and well worth it. Thank you Luis S. 5 stars is not nearly enough I would give 10 times that. I cannot imagine a legitimate customer that has approached slingmods with any issue or question ever having a reason to give less than 5 stars. I am not being paid for this review, I rarely leave reviews but when it is deserved I gladly will do so.

Buyer beware! Would not recommend!
They sell shorty equipment and do not stand behind it. They will tell you”that’s how it is”. I purchased the 4 channel kicker amp upgrade for the newer slingshot and they have it designed to only power two channels. They know t won’t work right and they still sell it to you and have you buy extra speakers. Complete waste of money. Buy from them with caution. You can purchase most of the same stuff on anazon for cheaper if you have the knowledge to wire it. I purchased halos for $12 and they sell them for $100 website is a complete waste! And their support will not help. Good luck!

The first place I go is Slingmods
These guys have been bringing quality aftermarket pieces and the best customer service from the start! They were the first to bring better seats, steering wheels, air intake, shift knobs etc...You don’t find their type of customer service everyday. They were the first to embrace the Slingshot and are constantly looking for new top quality mods to bring to the market! You can’t look at my Sling and not see something I have bought from Slingmods! When I am looking, Slingmods is the 1st place I go!
