Don't buy from them, they scam, never received my item, i try contact they customer service, but they didn't reply

TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 weeks ago. I was told by their customer service that because I ordered during a sale and that they had over 5000 orders, it was going to take time to get my macbook pro cover. I don't care if they had 5000 orders, they shouldn't have made sales they couldn't fulfill. It's hard for me to believe these good reviews are real. On Reseller Ratings they only have good reviews. If they do have 5000 orders, then they literally lost 5000 CUSTOMERS. I will be reporting them to the BBB. UPDATE: After I wrote this review, weeks later they canceled my order and published my full name on Reseller Ratings (where they only have good reviews) after my bad review letting me know i was refunded. They also reported my review, so i had to edit. UNPROFESSIONAL. I ordered a skin from dbrand and i got it in literally 2 days from ordering.

Terrible, shady company. They say they stand behind their product, but the moment a real issue happens they will ignore you till the end. The product I received was damaged, I've emailed several times and patiently waited for a response. My last attempt for a request was a request for a refund, but now that request was deleted. *edit* 1/29/2018 It's now been a month since my initial order. After getting Slickwrap's attention through here and another review site, they finally "issued" a reshipment on 1/22/2018 and even replied to my post. But the package conveniently hasn't made it to USPS, I've been checking the tracking every day and its still in pre-shipment (USPS awaiting item). I've tried emailing and messaging support about it, no answer.

its been a week and I have not received the item ,no email response from the team , even from facebook, twitter . I paid for two day shipping and still waiting. going to call my bank and dispute the chargers. don't buy from them.

ordered two weeks ago and my order just says "processing". Customer service tried to tell me on their "support page" it notes delayed shipping. They wont tell me when it will ship. so messed up. going to dispute the charge

I finally got my order. 15 days after I placed it. But it only included 1 wrap instead of the 2 that I ordered. I'm sending it back to get a full refund. It took them over a week just to send it. I paid for 2 day shipping. I contacted them and asked for a refund and they told me that orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed and that I would get an email when it was shipped. Even after asking them to cancel the order, it took them an additional 4 days to ship. I should have ordered from Amazon Prime. Unbelievable.

Terrible experience, shipping took 35 days to get to canada. Unhelpful representatives, no refunds. If i could give less than 1 star I would. THEY REPORT MY REVIEW AS FAKE WHEN I PROVIDED MY ORDER NUMBER AND EVERYTHING. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
