I bought a scratched and dent board and was told there was a glitch in the computer so they sold the boards to someone.

Both boards damaged…the tops came separated from base on both boards…. Decal paint tacky not smooth…. Emailed them with no response ..Called multiple times but couldn’t leave voice mail with any department because mailboxes were all full…. Finally got thru to sales department …. Rep was short and tried to justify the cheap wood they used for the tops was just slightly different because of COVID and wood prices being so high…. My original boards from two years ago were of much better quality…

I ordered a custom corn hole board on 8/24 and approved the artwork on 8/25. My credit card was charged on 8/26, however, I have not received any tracking information or a response from the email I sent to customer service on 9/13. I'm still waiting to receive the board and hope to have a chance to use it soon. UPDATED: Boards received along with a personal email from Slick Woody's explaining the delay due to personnel shortages. The boards are great and I greatly appreciate the explanation for the delay. Thanks and consider the review 4.5 stars!

Board looks really sharp and plays perfect. One of the bags that came with the boards started to tear after the first round of playing. I sent an email to customer service with pictures of the bag that had torn and they had new bags on their way to me that day.

very nice zodiak sign cover; construction seems ok, although I've seen homemade sets that are much heavier/sturdier; for the price I would have expected the wood to have some time of protective finish, like the spar varnish that I applied. My wife is enjoying her birthday gift.
