Got my new bags quickly, quality bags at a fair price

The review email arrived before the product. Everything looks fine with the boards except a very small (wrinkle) in the top left corner. Not enough to make a difference in play. The only bad experience I had was when I ordered online and it asked me for my address it changed it to an old saved one and tried to make me go to download an app to track my delivery?!? Why when it was FedEx delivering it? I had to contact customer support to tell them what happened and he the address corrected. Not good since shipping was $40.

Your return policy is unforgiving. Purchased the wrong bags by accident and have to pay shipping and a 20 dollar restock just to exchange for the correct bags. Wouldn't recommend or use company again.

$280 for plywood with a decorative sticker on it…. edges aren’t sanded down it has chips all over the sides. I want my money back, I also purchased an extra set of corn hole bags and have not received them either. Would like a full refund, for how long it took to get this set I it should’ve been amazing. Wasn’t even sealed with a protective coat.

Ordered custom boards and received 1 correct and 1 incorrect. Customer service was quickly on the issue and sent me out the corrected board. Also, working with the graphics department was great. Cassie did a great job finding the perfect scenery/ background for what I was looking for. Very happy with Slick Woody’s.
