Love the products and we use them exclusively in our local mens league. Unfortunately my personal order was a fail. Order the premium boards with 8-ply tops but after waiting weeks to arrive received the standard boards with weak 5-ply tops. Now after two emails still no answer from the company on how they make it right. Very disappointing.

Communication with the company is horrendous. Nobody will email you back or return calls. I needed to delay my shipment because of travel and nothing. They didn’t even ship until nearly 10 days after i ordered which was in the middle of my travel away for 8 days. They need to update their product availability and shipping expectations. Horrible!

Ordered a set of board before memorial day. It's now June 5th and still no boards. Web site says 2-3 days for delivery.

Jim, We apologize as we have run into some supply chain issues but we note on the website this does not include production time. We are trying to get orders out as quickly as we can. Again sorry for the delay in your order.

Boards were fine. My beef is with their customer service. It's non-existent. They conned me into giving my phone number for a discount, only to find out you can't use it AND get the free shipping. The free shipping discount was more. So basically I got nothing for signing up for their communications. Several emails to remedy it, and I got ZERO response. Nice work. I will never buy from them again, especially after spending $300+.

Bags seem to be good quality. I felt shipping was a bit slow but worth the wait. I will come back for more equipment.

I was hopeful for this company as they were offering a unique weatherproof cornhole set I was looking for. I get there are supply chain issues, but that should be told to customers upfront, or communicated to them without the need of them reaching out to find out there was a delay for an unknown time frame.

No update. Placed an order over $500 on 4/2 and am yet to receive any updates. LVM on 4/15 and send email on 4/16. Customer service is non-existent. If you want to sell a premium product, then act like it.....
