Purchased a Craftsman hand trimmer. Description said battery and charger included. Battery was not included and they refused to make credit or return item. Deceptive marketing practices. Update: After contacting BBB, they refunded my money in total

Sometimes a good deal, and then they run a auction with fake pictures and incorrect subject line and they will not make good on it. Today took 3 hours of waiting to pick up my 3 items. Ten minutes after they opened they were telling everyone they are "running behind" and it will take longer tan normal. How can you be behind in ten minutes? I won a auction that the picture showed two chairs, the auction subject lines said "chairs". I was given a box with one chair. I complained and was told the photo of 2 chairs is a stock photo, so is the subject line description. Because they only showed the inside of one box I only get one chair. Going to see if I can be leed plaintiff of a class action lawsuit to help everyone that did not get what was pictured or a broken item get their money back.

I’ve been buying from Slibuy for sometime. My only problem is being a plus member. I wish they would have a separate line for plus members, for pickups. If they would do that. I think many plus members would be appreciative. Also I think there should be a separate site for plus members. Who are bidding on items Instead of being scattered throughout the bidding site.

I purchased 17 items online for a total of $1,800. 14 were classified as "New/Other." Although I read their description of what New/Other meant, I relied on the photos. After I picked up the items, half were damaged way beyond what the photos showed. The S21 Ultra phone had a cracked screen - requiring $289 fix. They need much better quality photos and more of them from other angles, plus detailed descriptions. Something tells me they avoid those on purpose. BEWARE - especially high-end items.
