I have been a customer of Sleepy Bear for just over a year now and have to say, they are absolutely THE BEST company that I have ever done business with! This company truly cares about their customers!! Orders are shipped promptly and they provide detailed communication throughout the process. Even when the company experienced unexpected restocking delays, they were totally transparent with communications to their customer base, sending numerous updates and providing options for substitutions. Their integrity is off the charts! On the rare occasion when there was a minor glitch with my order, contacting Customer Service resulted in an immediate response and resolution. I have even had the pleasure of communicating with Kyle, the Founder and CEO of Sleepy Bear. His dedication to the company, product, and customers is totally evident. In a world where so many businesses only care about the $'s, it's refreshing to do business with a company that goes above and beyond to make sure customers know they are valued and cared for. This is most definitely a highly recommended company!!
