Sleepy Bear respectfully disputes the claim made above. Update: Before writing this review, the customer above had already received a replacement shipment. The customer's original order was shown delivered on time with photo evidence of delivery. However, the customer claimed the delivery area was not her correct location. A replacement order was immediately sent out the same day once the customer reported a delivery issue. The customer's replacement order was delivered and confirmed received by the customer; however since she has never responded to any follow-ups and has not responded to requests to update the review accordingly. She has since continued placing future orders to the same address, all with the same delivery location, as shown in the original delivery confirmation photos. The timeline was the following: May 20th - Order Placed / Order Shipped May 22nd - Order delivered on time by FedEx confirmed with photo of delivery May 31st: Customer contacted our customer service to report that the order was not delivered to their address and that they never received it. They stated that the photo in the delivery was not their address, and they were unsure what location it was. May 31st—We replaced the order free of charge and shipped it the same day after receiving the inquiry, with an apology for the issue finding the original order.

Update: The customer has been contacted by our support multiple times to offer a refund or positive resolution and the customer has never responded. Hi Pola! We are sorry to hear that you found the gummies didn't work as intended for you. I would love to review the info with you to learn more and help. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and not to worry your purchase is covered under our 30 day return policy! I see you got the order just a few days ago, would you mind contacting our support at [email protected] so they can go over the specifics of your experience like how many you were taking and for how long in a row since you didn't have the gummies for that long of a period of time. We recommend at least 2 weeks of consistent usage to best measure effects as chronic insomnia can sometimes take a long time to correct. Additionally, this may not have been the proper Sleepy Bear product for you, you may have needed our other Sleepy Bear formula. We find that generally one of the two formulas really is effective for the vast majority of people, it is just about finding the formula for you. We can get you a sample of our other formula to try, might be more effective for you
