10/10 would recommend. The effects are noticeable immediately. The drift-off to sleep feels calm and you wake up feeling refreshed and sharp. Also it tastes good/healthy, which is a nice and unexpected feature. Over time, the sharpness is noticeable and you’ll get used to a more restful sleep and higher level of functioning.
