I've always struggled to fall asleep and had become reliant on over-the-counter sleep aids. I wanted to find a natural alternative that actually worked, and a friend recommended SleepWhale. I finally got good sleep

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but Sleepwhale genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ve struggled with getting quality sleep for a long time. Falling asleep wasn’t always the problem, but staying asleep and actually waking up feeling rested definitely was.
After using Sleepwhale consistently, I noticed I was falling asleep more naturally, waking up less during the night, and actually feeling refreshed in the morning. It wasn’t an overnight miracle, but over time I realized I was looking forward to bedtime instead of dreading another restless night.
