Need better customer service.
I like the product, but the reason I had to buy this one was because my other one stopped charging for no reason. When I called to see what they could do, they told me I needed to just buy another one. I have told many people about the product, so I was very disappointed the customer service people treated me in such a dismissive way.

We are constantly making updates and improvements to our products not only to suit the needs of our customers but also to keep up with the progression of technology. Our Product Design Team is continually researching how we can improve the quality of our products through technological advancements. As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. Please know we only have a one year limited warranty on our products. If something were to occur after a year from purchase, we unfortunately would not be able to cover repairs under our warranty program. Please note that all new purchases do come with the one year limited warranty as well.

I purchased them sleepphones only to find them for 15% off the very next day and have been inundated with daily emails on this discount or that free option/item - make ONE premium/sale offer and stick to it!

I purchased these for my daughter who…
I purchased these for my daughter who sleeps with earbuds. After getting tangled and breaking so many pairs and having to replace them too many times I looked for another option. Decided to give her the sleepphone cordless ones and hope for the best. She absolutely loves them! Wonders why we never got them before. Great gift idea she wants to get some for a friend!
