The product helps me get sound sleep
The product helps me get sound sleep. However, when I wake up sometimes I feel minor pain on my outer ear from the hard areas of the speakers against it. I sleep on my side and there is pressure on my outer ears from the weight of my head against the speakers.

Very good product
I received my SleepPhones for Christmas. They are easy to use and comfortable to wear. If I had one complaint it would be that the battery runs down too quickly. I would prefer if it lasted the full 8 hours I'm trying to sleep. But that is minimal compared to the quality of sleep I am now getting. I have recommended these to my daughter-in-law.

Very satisfied
I bought the headphones for my husband who is a very poor sleeper. He says that they have grt sound and are very comfortable. Thanks!

Great sound, mediocre design
Audio quality and electronics: excellent. Problems include: I have to reposition speakers in headband with every use; the internal control buttons are frequently under the Velcro closure (makes them hard to operate); recharging requires disassembly; and the headband itself, in conjunction with electronics, all feels a bit awkward. Glad I bought it, yet struggling with how to make it easier to use.

Dear Jeffrey Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your purchase! The module is normally worn at the back of the headband, but can absolutely be moved to the front or side of the head. By moving the module to the front or side of the headband, will make operating the buttons easier. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the Bluetooth® module to the front of their heads as this is more comfortable too, especially if they are back sleepers. Regarding the speakers, all of our speakers are removable so that you can machine wash the headband. If the headband is too big, we would be happy to exchange it for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Sleeping better!
I use these with a white noise app on my ipod at night. No more sleep loss from my partners' snoring! Very comfortable.

Super produit
Super produit, c'est mon deuxième achat. Cependant les fils des écouteurs sont fragiles car l'une de mes oreillettes de mon premier sleepPhone ne marche plus car il y a un faux contact au niveau du fil soudé (produit de moins de 2 ans). C’est pourquoi j'en ai racheté un autre étant donné que je ne peux plus m'en passer. Néanmoins il serait souhaitable de faire la notice d’utilisation dans la langue du pays qui commande vu que le produit est proposé en Europe pour moi c’est en Français. Merci cordialement.
