I purchased my first set of the classic SleepPhones (with a chord) about three or so years ago, used them every single night, and they lasted all the way up until now (and they only worsened in audio quality because I wore out the actual chord by not taking them out of my computer properly). I just bought this new pair and they're fantastic as always. SleepPhones are very comfortable, have good audio quality, and last a very long time. Highly recommended.

i’m addicted- can’t go back to the old style
These are fantastic for sleeping or plane use- also have clients that headrest on wheelchair knocks regular headphones out when he turns his head- these are great for him. Love that they can be taken apart for washing or changing colour of band. Easy to pull off of one ear if you need to hear surroundings better. Haven’t found a reason to complain about them yet- have usedover a year and bought my next set so I won’t have to be without them if my first set wear out.

Battery fully charged and it won't stay…
Battery fully charged and it won't stay connected to my laptops bluetooth. I went back to my corded buds. I'd really like to return this product.

Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you encountered with the SleepPhones® Wireless product! We are more than happy to provide you with troubleshooting tips to perform. First, please "forget the device" and remove all AcousticSheep® listings on your device and turn off the Bluetooth® setting. Next, power on the Bluetooth® module by holding the middle square button down for 5 seconds. Once the module is on then hold the top and bottom arrow buttons in at the same time for 10 seconds or until you hear two long beeps (this will reset the module). Next, power off the module by holding the middle square button down for 5 seconds.
Now you are ready to restart the paring process! Power on the Bluetooth® module by holding down the middle square button until you hear an ascending 3 ring tone followed by a series of double beeps (the beeps are an indication that the module is in pairing mode). The beeps will last for only 10 seconds, but the device will remain in pairing mode until it is paired. When the module is in pairing mode, you will notice a fast blinking red light.
Next, go into the Bluetooth® settings on your device and turn on Bluetooth®. If you are pairing the product to an Android® device, please be sure to check the box to search for nearby devices and then press scan. You will then see AcousticSheep® appear, simply click on it to establish the connection. When the SleepPhones® Wireless is paired with the device of your choice, you will notice that the fast blinking red light then changes to a much slower blink (to indicate that it's paired or connected).
When pairing to additional devices or a second device it's crucial to hold the middle, square power button down until you hear the ascending 3 ring tone followed by the continuous beeping. You may need to temporarily disable Bluetooth® on first device you paired to, since the SleepPhones® or RunPhones® Wireless is designed to pair with the last device it was paired to.

My best impulse buy
I’m honestly so happy with my purchase! The walls in my house are very thin and it’s tough for me to fall asleep without listening to something, so I did the falling asleep with earbuds in for an tragically long time. They’re so cozy - I literally didn’t take them off the whole first day they arrived. I’m only giving a 4 stars because the actual speakers ride up if I toss and turn (which I always do) so that they’re actually centred at the tops of my ears. My quick fix is to turn the volume up one notch and the problem is pretty ignorable. Overall, I’m so glad I finally caved and got these!
