I don't know what I was expecting but I didn't think the wire would stick out at the center of my forehead. The material is so slippery the strap slides down my face and the placement of the earpieces is wrong if I place the headband so that the wire is by the nape of my neck. These definitely don't work for me.

Dear Lillis, Our sincerest apologies for the confusion! You will notice that the SleepPhones® tag is now located in the back of the headband to the left of the Velcro opening. Please be sure to wear the headband with the SleepPhones® tag in the back. All of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears. Lastly, make sure that you are lining up the speakers and not the felt connector that keeps the wires together. Regarding the headband, having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
