I ordered the wrong size headband and the exchange was made easily & pleasantly,, no problems

My SleepPhones function OK (3 out of 5 stars), though I'm not sure how I would design them differently. When the speaker squares are in the right place, the sound is great. That said, the squares and the control unit drift around during the night, at which point the sound can be sub-optimal, and sometimes I wake up to find that the entire headband assembly has fallen on the pillow. The control unit works most of the time, though perhaps 20% of the time pressing the button to turn it on or off (and connect to my iPhone via Bluetooth) doesn't get any response, even though my iPhone is less than 2 feet away. The SleepPhones are definitely an improvement over ear buds that can be painful when resting on a pillow, but the flexibility of the device comes at a price that the speakers are not where your ears are...

This is my second set of SleepPhones that I have purchased. I am very pleased with the product.

I have used sleep phones for about 4 years. Just bought a second set even though my first still works. Great way to get to sleep and to get back to sleep if waking in the night. Comfortable and dependable.

I love my SleepPhones! They are great when I need to sleep and everyone else in the house is up and going about their lives. Also great for studying. I can put on some music really low, just to block out random noises and really concentrate.

I have owned the original Sleep Phones for several years and I loved them. When I heard they had a new updated wireless version I jumped at the opportunity to replace my aging pair even though they still worked perfectly. They stay in place all night long, I don't have to remove them to visit the washroom and are insanely comfortable. The charger works great and the battery lasts forever. Falling asleep to music or a soothing podcast is wonderful. I can't recommend these enough. One piece of advice - if your head is on the smaller side of average (I would never describe myself as having a small head) order the smaller size. My original pair I had to use a safety pin to shorten the band as over time it got looser. My newer pair I ordered the smaller size and it fits perfectly even after a few months of nightly use.

Sound quality is ok (What can be expected for thin speakers anyway). I do not like the design of the battery/bluetooth unit for my wireless SleepPhones: You can feel it clearly pressing on the back of your head and it is heavy enough for it to keep moving in the headband as well. That being said: Service of SleepPhones is great :)
