Great customer service for a great product! I recommend this company to everyone I think might benefit.

Sound quality is very good. It has helped quite a bit to drown out my partner's snoring and let us both get a better night's sleep. I do find the headband slips while I sleep and the earpiece is off my ear. As I attempt to rotate it in the night, sometimes it is uncomfortable as I end up sleeping on the large control piece. Perhaps bobby-pinning in place will help.

I need to be able to assign 2 1/2 stars. I love your concept in general and want to love the product, but I just can’t. The headband doesn’t stay put and the speakers move around to freely, that I actually wake up and have to make adjustments. The sleepphones help me fall asleep, but given the headband and speaker movement, they almost disturb my sleep more. As for blocking out a the sound of a snoring partner, they aren’t as effective as I had hoped. I do like the ease of charging the Effortless, which is why I chose that model. I’m not thrilled with having to have a paired device on all night. For my experience so far, I think the product is rather overpriced.

I purchased the effortless model. They are so comfortable. I can lay in any position I choose without ever noticing them. The sound is incredible. The material is perfect. The charge is easy to use. The company is very solidly in the top five companies I have ever interacted with.i sleep and meditate in such perfect isolation by simply putting on the sleep phones. Thank you for your invention

Love this product! I have the wireless model. I also use it for a more comfortable option to headphones when listening to podcasts/music when my husband is watching tv, etc. A couple things: -I wish I would have spent the extra $ to get the effortless model with induction charging. It’s not a huge inconvenience ... but looking back, it would have been worth it to not hassle with removing the module to have to charge it. -I changed the headband around, so I wear the Velcro in the front. I think it is much more comfortable. Plus, I have short hair - and I think it stays on more easily.

These are all they're cracked up to be-I bought the basic bluetooth model and they are such a comfortable alternative to headphones. I can see that the fleece might be too warm for hot weather so will likely switch out to the lighter material at that point. I like the fact that the can double as an eye mask as well. Hoping they will last a long time.
