We really liked working with Alicia and appreciated her follow up to ensure we received good customer care even outside of the store for delivery. She did everything she said that she would and that is hard to find in sales.

ISTVAN P.
We have purchased our bed at the shop located in Montgomery Mall, Bethesda. We have long been searching for a mattress that fits us both, one of us being a 115 lbs stomach sleeper and the other a 205 lbs man who sleeps on his side. After a long discussion and lying about on the beds for quite some minutes while the friendly salesmen entertained our three kids we have opted for a Tempurpedic. It worked fine but we weren't completely happy. We got it replaced through our salesman (Savi) who was reliable and kept his promises. We are still testing our new mattress.

Dear Istvan - That does sound like quite a challenge to find a bed to fit both of your needs. Sorry that the Tempur-Pedic didn't work out but we hope the replacement mattress works much better. We are happy to hear that Savi gave you a dependable experience. Thank you for choosing mattress warehouse!

I think its important to have a great and knowledgeable staff when it comes to buying certain products, especially mattresses. The gentleman at the Westgate Durham NC Mattress Warehouse was awesome. Cannot find better quality service and they have great deals.
