Earbuds were yellowed and one ear was louder than the other on certain volume levels. Nice low profile and good sound quality though.

Hello Michael, Thank you for sharing the issues experienced with us. It may be possible that one side nozzle end has been impacted with dust/wax which physically restricts the sound flow and diminishes the volume. If haven't already, please try removing any debris that may be blocking the nozzle's opening area on the lower-volume side.
