Hello Greg, It may be possible that the ear plugs are not fully inserted in your ears to create a maximum seal and fit. Kindly try once more to find the perfect angle that works for your ears, as the Sleeper Plugs are are oval-shaped with a curve that is designed to work with your second-bend of the ear canals. Hello Dan, We're so sorry to hear about your experience! It may be possible that timer is enabled on your unit, triple-pressing the power button will allow to disable the timer. If haven't already, please try flipping the Sleeper Speaker upside down to experience louder/better quality sound through your pillow. It may be possible that the pillow you are using is too dense for the conduction speaker to properly deliver sound through vibrational frequency. Hello Janet, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our Sleeper Breathe was a disappointing one! We have specifically designed its shape and material to be most comfortable and minimally intrusive during sleep use with highest efficiency to allow nose breathing. If night time use was not the best at initial trial, if haven’t already, we highly recommend using them during day time for a short bursts of time until you become comfortable.
