Both my son and I ordered sleep earbuds and we both had difficulty pairing them with our phones. The "on" button is very hard to see and find. When I was able to finally get it paired with my phone, it was again difficult to find the spot to turn them off and on. They are comfortable in the ear, just difficult to get operational.

I wanted to like them but they constantly come unhooked from the phone and the skipping is not possible to listen to.

Won’t charge, want a refund

The earbuds work great, and they are very comfortable. I would give 5 stars, but for one design quirk. The indicator light is a very bright blue LED, which is fine, but why would you have a bright blue LED that flashes every few seconds on a device designed to use when you sleep??? I ended up putting a piece of tape over it, which effectively renders it completely useless. You really should design some way to disable the light when you are trying to sleep, or just have it shut off when it is not charging or pairing. That being said, most comfortable that I've found for sleeping, and I'm still very satisfied, but your engineers could easily resolve the one annoying issue.

Love how small the buds are! Bummed it's not offered with a USB Type-C male jack, had to buy a converter

I really like that I can fall asleep to my favorite music and not disturb my partner. The only thing is I wish it came over a little louder. I have a foam cloud neck pillow. I can hear it when I am on my side, but can not hear it when I am on my back.

These are really great, sturdy earbuds! I have Narcolepsy, a severe sleep disorder that makes every second of rest a precious treasure. The worst part of Narcolepsy is the completely disrupted sleep cycles/patterns that don't allow restorative sleep. These earbuds are soft for my tiny hobbit ears, I use them every night to for hypnotherapy and binaural beats. PLEASE don't stop making these!! THANK YOU!!!!

Even worked under my dense pillow.
