Hello Sasha, We regret to hear about your experience! The ear plugs are designed as a universal fit and may not fit properly in your ears. If you haven't already, please try rotating the plugs so that the curve of the plugs match the curve of the ear canals to see if the seal improves. Sometimes it also helps to pull the upper outer part of the ear outward as you insert the ear plugs, to allow a deep insert.
