Hello Mary, Thank you for letting us know your experience. If haven't already, please try flipping the Sleeper Speaker upside down to experience louder/better quality sound through your pillow. It may be possible that the pillow you are using is too dense for the conduction speaker to properly deliver sound through vibrational frequency. If you haven't already, please try flipping the Speaker (so the bottom faces up) to experience increased volume. Hi Fred, Thank you for leaving a review! If you haven't already, please try flipping Sleeper Speaker upside down (Sleeper logo facing down). This is so that the speakers are closer to you for louder volume. Hello Jr, Thank you for your feedback. There are 2 ways in which you increase the volume for the speaker. If you haven't tried already, please flip the sleeper speaker so the bottom side faces up. This will increase the maximum volume. Second thing you can try is to try with a different pillow as the pillow material's density may affect the volume.
