Had some issues with shipping the wrong product, the staff stepped up and shipped the right order overnight at their expense. You will learn more about a companies character when their is an issue than any other way! This company is the real deal.

Liked the ease of using the website and the selection and price. The only negative I have is the three delays in shipping. My shipment must have gotten caught up in the winter apocalypse and shipped almost a week later than expected. Otherwise I wou give high marks

I purchased a bed from this company which I found to be of really good quality. I had a slight issue with the delivery but this was partly my own fault and after contacting the customer service line this was sorted straight away for me and he staff there were very helpful. The sales dept was terrific! They explained everything and how each CPAP machine worked so I could make an informed choice. It was processed and shipped the same day and I received it two days later. It was in perfect shape, already set to the correct settings and my husband loved it at once. I could not have had a more pleasant experience and I will be returning for supplies without reservation.
