A little confusing on setup, but in the end, extremely satisfied, great product.

I placed the order and 2 days later I was able to sleep with my new cpap. The salesperson recommended that I purchase the auto version. I'm so glad I did. And the device was on sale when I purchased it so it was cheaper than any other site I checked.

If you want a good purchasing experience with detailed explanation of product and pricing by a knowlegable sales representitive this is the entity to visit. Good answers, good products, quick delivery. I have made two purchases from SleepDirect and will use them for my future needs based on the excellent customer service I have received from them.

I don't often post online reviews --- a company or product must be either very poor, or absolutely top-notch for me to even consider posting a review. The customer service at sleepdirect has been outstanding for me! I contacted sleepdirect customer service for the first time 2 days ago. I contacted them by phone, because I hoped to speak to someone about the particulars of my bi-pap needs, and to ask questions about their products. The guys I spoke with, [names], treated me with respect, took the time to answer my questions, and even called me back a couple of times to help save me unnecessary shipping charges. I never felt that they were patronizing, or just going through the motions to get a sale. Well, two days after my first call to them, I have received my new bi-pap equipment, and I can already see that it's going to change my life for the better. The machine I replaced was very old, and after comparing it to my new machine, I realize just how obsolete it was. The price for the equipment at sleepdirect was amazing, as well! The amount I saved would be quite enough to warrant a great review from me, but the bottom line is that their customer service has won them a very loyal customer here. It's too bad that more companies don't treat their customers this well. It seems to be a lost art, but not for sleepdirect.

I've had a CPAP machine for several years and have used a regional provider for replacing face masks and tubing. Their prices seemed high and they bugged me with incessant robo calls to buy more of their products. When I needed a new face mask recently, I searched the net and discovered SleepDirect, discovering much lower prices. But what really sold me was their customer service. When called with a question, the gentleman who answered was honest, helpful and very personable. This is going to be my new go to provider.
