Came across sleep direct.com when shopping for the SoClean 2. Their price was the best and the provided payment through Paypal, allowing me to take advantage of the 6-month, no interest option by PayPal Credit. The product was ordered 2/28 and delivered, free-I might add, the next day. Blew my mind! Great job sleepdirect!

I purchased the SoClean 2 and an adapter for my CPAP, DreamStation. When I got the equipment, I discovered that the manufacturer's instructions were negligible as to using the adapter. More so, there were two different parts to choose from for the adapter and no guide as to why you would pick one or the other. This meant hours of Googling to find a "How to..." which it turns out there is none, even by SoClean. The seller collected my payment and shipped. That is all.

I'm not sure if you tried contacting Sleep Direct for help, but had you we would have done our best to help or provided you with the telephone number to the SoClean product specialists.
