I gave it a 3 bcuz of the smell. I had to return it. Couldn't sleep with my CPAP bcuz I couldn't stand the smell left from the machine. I would have liked to have kept it.

I Placed On Nov 27, 2017 You say Expected Delivery Nov 29, 2017 by Shipping Method USPS Priority Mail. After calls, negotiations, research, long waits ... The product arrived on DEC. 9. 2017!!! NEVER MORE!!! I am very dissatisfied.

Prompt delivery and pretty easy to use once you’re familiar with it. The footprint of it is a little bigger than I thought but we found a place to put it on the nightstand. My husband has COPD and this gives us peace of mind that he’s protected from germs.
