I am still waiting for a missing part to arrive before I can use the product. The review solicitation shouldn't show up before the product. I was told to contact SoClean directly and it is taking longer to get the part than the original product shipment.

like the opitions of sizes you get but the head gear needs more grip to stay put , it moves when you turn over and mask leaks.
