The file cabinet I ordered is poor quality. I can't find my order information under my account. I can't do anything about a piece of furniture that I bought, paid too much for and am not satisfied with.

In all the years I've ordered online, I've never had better customer service. The agent I dealt with a year ago treated the sale the old fashioned way: she stayed on top of it when there was a part on back order and she regularly sent me emails to keep me updated. A year later, I contacted the same sales person for another purchase and she was just as helpful. This is a large internet company that treats customers like an old fashioned mom and pop business would!

I ordered 2 office chairs from Sleek one week before Christmas and while I didn't expect them to arrive beforehand, Sleek made it happen. Great company, Excellent customer service and great products!

Purchased a desk chair at local high end store but after waiting on delivery for over a month, cancelled order and got it fast and for a lot less online! Easy to assemble, maybe five minutes.

We ordered a glass table and it was beautiful. Quality is second to none. Service was helpful and very responsive. Set up white glove delivery service and they were excellent. Would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely cannot recommend Sleek Modern Furniture enough. I contacted the company for a quote on getting new office furniture installed into a large office building. It was a very complicated order, and would require custom specifications and a difficult-to-manage short timeline. Michael Smith and I spoke on the phone about the order. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did he get me a concise and accurate quote in very little time, but he took the initiative to call his manufacturers to check on custom sizes before I even had to ask. We all know how helpful this kind of foresight is when trying to juggle many details of an order! As if this wasn't impressive enough, he even scheduled me in after normal work hours for a phone call to go over the entire quote with me so I would be ready to present to the business owners the following morning. LASTLY, when I let Michael know the owners were wavering because they wanted to test the product, he offered to ship a desk so that they could test it out! For the record, I was asked to provide three different options to the business owners. They ended up choosing a company that had a showroom local to their city. The customer service we have received from this other company has paled in comparison, and I absolutely regret that we were not able to work with Sleek Modern Furniture. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a better customer service experience in my entire career as an Associate Designer. I will continue to look for any and every opportunity to work with Michael and the Sleek Modern team. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for showing me what above and beyond service really looks like!

Bought Jesper 400 series desk and credenza. They had a promotional sale with 15% which saved us a good amount compared to other stores. Product arrived in time. Everything was perfect except one small part that didn't have enough threads so the screw wouldn't fit. It was a manufacturing defect from Jesper and no fault of Sleek's. Called Sleek and they promptly sent me a replacement. They were courteous and helpful all throughout. We love our new home office. I highly recommend Sleek Modern Furniture to anyone looking for great contemporary furniture and excellent customer service !
