SLATS.COReviews of slats.co

Everything about this company is absolutely outstanding! Quality of the bamboo slats was top notch with excellent, consistent coloring of wood across over 21 feet of slats; customer service answering questions was responsive, clear, courteous, and spot on; the shipping was fast and each pair of slat panels was separately boxed and well-protected so there was ZERO damage to the slats; the installation using circular saw, jig saw, and drill was easy, just like YouTube described. I was worried that cutting the slats would cause splintering, but painter's tape prevented that. I shopped around for two months looking at various companies and wood slats. This company stood out for their solid bamboo slats in 1 foot wide panels from California. The company's attention to detail and superb customer service only made the experience so much more satisfying. But the best part was the final result: the slat panels completely transformed a cold, blank wall into a warm backdrop for our art and Frame TV.

I have used this company twice now. Both experiences have been positive and I absolutely love my updated spaces. I most recently installed the bamboo slat wall in my bathroom and it turned out gorgeous. I ended up not needing all of the boxes I had purchased so I had to reach out regarding a return. Their customer service is top tier! They are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 recommend this company. They are truly the best.

I found Slats.co through an online search and my entire experience with them was amazing! I had questions about the amount to order, and the difference between each product, that their online customer support answered quickly and efficiently. I ordered the product that worked best for my project and it arrived quickly and was amazing quality. Real wood! Would definitely order from this company again.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. Easy to install. I stained my pieces to match my black walnut river table. Takes stain beautifully. I glued my panels with construction adhesive. Finished the complete wall in just a few hours. Cuts easily with my trac saw. The fact that the slats are finished on three sides makes all the difference especially if you are staining the product. Will be using more slats.co products in the near future.

I absolutely love these slats! The quality is fantastic, and they look beautiful once installed. They’re also surprisingly easy to work with — easy to cut to size, and you can attach them to the wall using adhesive or nails. One tip: be a little careful when taking them out of the box and handling them before installation, as you don’t want to accidentally bend them. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Truly A+++! They are incredibly kind, genuine, helpful, and very fast to respond. You can really tell there are real people behind this company who care about their customers. I also love supporting a small, family-owned business, especially when both the product and service are this good. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering these slats!

I got a clear response on a Sunday afternoon - I'd emailed the question while browsing and expected a response the next working day. But it came on Sunday. They understood the question and gave a clear answer! Ordering samples now ;)

I got the American Walnut TrueWood panels and we're really happy with the result. The panels are high quality, appear to be uniform slats (you cant tell it's wrapped), and install easy. The color did look a bit darker in our space than on the website so keep that in mind if you're trying to color match. I recommend looking at the review photos to get an idea for how it will look in your space.

Slats.co makes such an amazing product! I cut and installed their wall panels in my home office in one day and it completely transformed my office into a quiet, warm, inviting, and professional workspace. I cannot say enough about this amazing product! Thank you Slats.co!!
