At slashop, we believe that pets are family. That's why we created our brand to provide families with pets with the best home textiles. As a team of pet lovers, we're fortunate to have multiple furry friends in our lives, and we know firsthand what it's like to have pets shed hair all over your bedding or loungewear. That's why we create products that are not only durable and damage-resistant but also repel pet hair, dust, and dirt.

The plaids are very cute and easy to wash. I am a bit confused about the sheets for the bed, because I can’t really See a différence between Classic sheets and Slashop sheets. They catch the fur and haïr the same way!

I've purchased multiple items from Slashop over the past few years and have loved everything. The sheets are so soft and cooling, even my husband noticed right away how luxurious they were. I've order multiple sets of PJs as well and the fabric is so nice and high quality. Yes, the sheets do wear after multiple washes (plus I have cats), but they hold up better than any sheets I've bought off of Macys and are heads and tails above them in quality. Never had a bad experience, shipping was quick (to US) and everything is packaged so nice.

This company is unethical. I ordered couch covers, which in the ad, appeared to be this beautiful, emerald green. Opening the box was!disappointing —what I saw was drab and dirty looking, an anemic grey, bluish green, I can’t even call a color. I followed their return protocol. Their response was an order rather than an offer that I accept a 30% discount rather than a follow through of their return policy. I declined and was met with silence. They only sent me the return label because they were informed my credit card company had deemed it fraud and would be taking action. A few weeks later I received a notice informing me that I was soon to be charged the full amount because they had not received it. I called my credit card company—again—and then emailed the tracking number. All in all this process took weeks! They’re banking on the fact that the hassle is so great, you will accept their offer. Shame on you and don’t send me your perfunctory “We’re so sorry…” PR response. You’re unethical at best.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, the 30% refund offer was simply one resolution option we proposed, allowing you to keep the product without needing to return it. When you declined, we promptly approved your return request and provided a return shipping label to assist you in sending the item back at no cost. As per our return policy, refunds are issued once the returned package is received and inspected, which is a standard and straightforward process. You simply needed to submit the return request, ship the product back using the label we provided, and once we received it, the refund would be processed. We always strive to make the return process as smooth as possible and apologize if there were any misunderstandings along the way. Thank you for your feedback.

There is nothing special about these sheets. I ordered the sheet set and duvet cover, and the duvet cover is extremely thin and neither repel pet hair nor is the pet hair easily removed. Wasted money on sheets I could have bought at Walmart.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Slashop has been so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered a rug just before Christmas last year, and what arrived was NOTHING like what was advertised. The quality was shockingly poor — flimsy, cheap-looking, and absolutely not worth the price. To make things worse, the size was completely off compared to what was shown online. It felt like a total scam. We returned the item within weeks of receiving it — well within a reasonable time frame. And then… silence. No confirmation, no updates, no refund, and no communication whatsoever. It’s now APRIL and we’re still waiting for our money back. This is hands down one of the most deceptive and frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service is non-existent, and the entire process feels like a con. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Slashop — it’s just not worth the risk.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience — we completely understand your frustration, and this is absolutely not the kind of service we strive to provide. After looking into your case, we can confirm that your refund was issued last week and a notification was sent at that time. It's possible the email didn't reach your inbox — please feel free to check your spam or promotions folder just in case. We sincerely apologize for the delay and lack of communication earlier in the process. Your feedback is being taken seriously, and we're actively working to improve both our product information and customer service experience. Although it took 2 months to receive my order I am very satisfied with the chair covers. They are exactly as advertised and with adjusting the folds of the fabric to drape the chair correctly they look great. My cat isn't happy because she can no longer scratch on the chairs, but I am very relieved. I had had my reservations about this company, but they came through for me in the end.

I would leave 0/5 if I could. Another one of those shitty companies that tries to deceive you by putting a ‘UK’ in their title when it’s all coming from China. Ordered ages ago, delivery takes forever. I want a full refund!
