They market themselves as a modern financial solution for startups and new businesses, but their compliance team operates with zero logic. I applied for an account for my newly formed US LLC. I provided everything a legitimate business should: clear proof of company existence, my full personal identity documents, and even our very first newly signed business contract. My company is exactly ONE month old. So, what does their automated system and compliance team do? They demand "months" of historical account statements and past transaction history! How on earth is a 1-month-old company supposed to provide months of past banking history? I literally had to tell their support: "You are irrational and paranoid enough to expect multi-million-dollar account activity and deep transaction history from a company that has only just completed its first month of existence." If you are a new business, do not waste your time or hand over your sensitive data to this platform. They are completely out of touch with reality, and their compliance bots are trapped in a paranoid loop. Stay away.

I started the application process for an account over two months ago, but I haven't heard anything about its progress. “We need more time to check your application” is the only message I've received. When I inquired about the status at the help desk, I received very quick responses, but unfortunately, there has been no progress.

Couldn't use on Boots which is the reason that I signed up. They're listed on their site as being a partner and my discount showed up, but the payment wouldn't complete. Note that this does appear to be functioning for other sites. Customer service got back to me to tell me the Boots offer had been rectified, but it still wouldn't work for me.
