Slash shut down my account completely out of nowhere without giving any clear reason or advance warning. Reliable cash flow and card operations are essential for running a business, and being deactivated overnight leaves founders in a horrible position. To make matters worse, support has been unhelpful and relies on generic canned replies instead of providing real answers or a clear process for releasing funds. Extremely unreliable platform founders should look elsewhere.

Slash Hold money with out any reason. The weird application. Better not use them

shut down my bank account for zero reason and they never stated the reason > "Thank you for contacting us. Following a review, we determined that we can no longer support your account. Due to our compliance policies, we’re unable to provide further details regarding this decision. Thank you for your understanding." i havent even put a single dollar in the account btw

Just got my EIN after registered my business. I than applied for a bank account, normally. They required a lot of info and at the end asked for invoices and business documents. But how you may ask for such things where I'm just opening a new bank account. Without bank account I cannot generate invoices in name of my business. Looks like they want to break math rules. I asked than to delete my private info. Refused like snake. Bad service. Don't reccomened.

We recently had $65,000 in credit card fraud. We submitted it for review and and they said we don't have dispute rights. We have no idea what that means and they're unresponsive.

Slash can set its own approval criteria, but applicants deserve a transparent process and meaningful feedback—especially after investing time in submitting extensive business records. My experience felt automated and impersonal, leaving me questioning whether the documentation received a meaningful review. I cannot confirm whether AI influenced the decision, but the lack of clarity and accountability was deeply disappointing. I had heard concerns about support and still decided to give Slash a chance. Based on my own experience, that was a waste of time. A financial platform needs to earn trust through clear communication and responsive support. This experience gave me no confidence in bringing my business to Slash.

I worked with many banks before, but these are the worst: closing accounts for no reason. When questioned, they provide copied templates. You can't rely on them; they are simply borrowing you your account can close whenever they want for no reasons

I submitted all requested documents and completed the entire verification process, including UBO identity and business information. Despite providing everything requested, Slash rejected my application with only generic reasons: “Incomplete credit application,” “Unable to verify UBO,” and “Unable to verify business information.” They never clearly explained what was missing or what I could correct. I understand compliance requirements, but the lack of transparency was extremely frustrating.
