I was out of the country on military deployment and hadnt used my account for over a year but was going to pick back up when i got back home,but when i got back yesterday i noticed small checks from slash so i tryed to log in to my acct and it was closed dont know what happened to the money i left in the acct i cant even see what happened dont know if someone else used my acct or anything but now that i am back i have no acct or anything at least my real bank didnt do me the same way an i didnt use it for the exact same amount of time ,nobody from slash ever contacted me emailed me called me nothing ,just closed the acct with no explanation and now im going to have to find a new bank that will work the same way ,i was one of the early adopters and had to be waitlisted when i got my acct, but i wont lie i had lots of headaches with there app and all the quirky glitches,just so u know im not getting paid for this review i just wanted to leave the truth because they sent all there account holders offering to pay $100 for a review ,they deposit it straight into your slash acct but i dont have an account so just know this is a real review not one that was coaxed out of me by paying me 100$ like they did to all the others ,just know all the other reviews are paid for i dont even have an account so i cant be paid

The worst application I've ever made. No support to understand why they reject the application of the company, only one automatic email, and no way to upload something else or answer. Worst bank service and onboarding failed! Do not even consider banking with them.

They booked a meeting time with me and never showed up. They need to respect others time. No one responded on the call. Very poor customer support.

Really unfriendly and unhelpful suppor staff, Brian is a really horrible support member. He's impatient, unhelpful. He didn't give me what I asked for when I asked for an email to contact someone then closed the chat. Slash needs to train their customer support a lot better, because I will never be bringing my business to a place that treats its customers like this.

Extremely poor user experience. The discount did not work on the Boots website when Boots are listed as a Slash associated discount partner. The shopping experience was an absolute waste of time as the reward could not be used. Avoid!

Signed up as a Beta tester last year after conducting an online interview with them. Even though they were offering a big discount on my first purchase, there were no retailers that caught my eye. I received a few emails throughout the year, still offering me a decent discount (50% off up to a £60 purchase) and as we got closer to Christmas, I gave in. However, it never worked. The checkout button just wouldn't confirm. I ended up doing another video call with the company and after 20 minutes they said that there was an issue and they would get back to me. A few weeks later, they emailed me to tell me it was fixed and reissued my bonus. Tried again on several retailers and it still wouldn't checkout. I sent an email to Get Disco about the problem and they just ignored me. So, I spent a lot of time for absolutely no reward. I'm just going to stick with cashback sites.
