Support is always very responsive, motivated to assist, and easily accessible. It’s been incredible watching Slash evolve from offering basic virtual card functionality to expanding into features like Capital and the Platinum upgrade. A friend of mine has told me a year ago that I can get 2% cashback on all my spendings, as e-commerce we spend +50k monthly on Facebook ads, 2% is about 1k savings every month. I tried and it's amazing. Also taransfers, account set up etc is very easy. Sometimes I have contacted customer service and they have helped me on REAL TIME. Never having issues using Slash. I would rate is as stress-free bank. Love Slash Highly recommended!

Everything. Smooth deposit and withdraw ability. Incredible Cashback offer. Customer service responds within 15 minutes. All fraudulent charges get detected and shut down quickly. Having the ability to control where which card gets spent, how much goes into each card, seeing every transaction in real time gives my company an advantage I've come to rely on.
