Slash is amazing. I previously used a different Neo Bank to fund my business operations and was dealt with horrible customer support. I switched over to Slash recently and the customer support is amazing. They do care about their customers, and they have every feature you possible need to run your business. I can create virtual cards easily within seconds in bulk, previously I had to make them one by one. I am very excited to use Slash for all my business banking going forward!

Great team, really helpful and support responds within an hour. (Have had much worse experience with others like Mercury/Brex) Definitely want your banking provider to be quiet when you don't need them (hate getting upsells from Mercury/Rho), and then responsive when you do need things. Slash has been great at doing that for us.

Slash is a great platform and I have been using it for a month the sign up process was smooth and Jovanni was a great guy, helped us in every way possible the team is great as well and solves all issues huge thumbs up to Brendan for his support. As the owner of Custom Pack Box I would like to say I will def be using Slash in the long run once they introduce card payment for invoicing and payment link. Overall for businesses that are taking off I think Slash is a great way to boost that success.

Been using Slash for about a month now and it’s genuinely one of the best fintech decisions I’ve made. The product is solid. Treasury account with competitive yield, cashback, solid financial management features and a well-built AI layer that actually adds value. But honestly, what sets Slash apart isn’t the feature list. It’s the people. Nic and the support team are exceptional. In a space where most digital banking has become cold and fully automated, Slash still has something rare: real human support when you actually need it. That combination of smart AI and genuine human accompaniment is exactly what banking should look like. They’re growing fast and you can feel it. The product keeps improving.
