Sky Society AcceleratorReviews of skysociety.co

The Sky Society Accelerator program is great for girls who (like me) do not have a degree in marketing and are looking to have a career shift! Throughout the program we covered many topics and learned through hands on projects. The Accelerator provides real, tangible metrics (not just scenarios) that can be included on your resume! Lastly, the network of women this program will bring you is unmatched in support, care, and empowerment. I could not say enough good things about the program or the team behind Sky Society.

I absolutely loved everything about the program! It is a great program for individuals just getting started in marketing or looking to brush up on there skills.

I really enjoyed my experience with the Sky Society Accelerator! I joined because I wanted to explore a career in marketing and gain practical experience, and I’m glad I decided to give it a try. One thing that surprised me was how hands-on the program was. Over eight weeks, we got to work on a variety of projects across different areas of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, content creation, influencer outreach, and competitor analysis. I liked being able to actually apply what we were learning instead of just learning about marketing in theory. I also appreciated that the projects gave me the opportunity to build my portfolio and have tangible examples of my work to share with potential employers. Another highlight was the supportive community. It was encouraging to be part of a group of women who were all learning, growing, and working toward their career goals, and I appreciated the guidance and encouragement throughout the program. Overall, the experience helped me feel more confident about pursuing a career in marketing and gave me a better idea of the opportunities available to me. I’m glad I took part in the program, and I would definitely recommend it to someone looking to gain hands-on experience and get started in digital marketing!

This is an amazing opportunity for women seeking a way to break into the marketing industry! I felt very supported throughout my whole journey at Sky Society and have left with a newfound confidence and community of like-minded girlies! Please consider investing in yourself if you’re considering the accelerator program

Joining Sky Society was the best decision of my career. Sky Society has offered me opportunities and experiences that I could not get anywhere else, even at my university. As someone with no marketing experience the investment put into the accelerator was beyond worth it. I got to add real life experiences, projects, and metrics into my resume and portfolio (which they helped me make)! After completing the accelerator I feel much more confident and prepared to land my dream role and apply all my new skills and knowledge. I am so thankful for the support of this amazing team and my wonderful cohort through this journey. I have built relationships that are everlasting and would definitely recommend any girly to join this community.

This experience has been absolutely amazing. First, the content is taught in an engaging and understandable manner. The projects and assignments reinforce that and give real world experience that is impactful. Second, the community is amazing and there’s so much support and encouragement from not only the instructors but the peers as well. I’ve now graduated with a portfolio with real metrics and experience that I can confidently interview on.

I was skeptical about this program because, yes, it's a significant investment and I don't want to downplay that! I think that as someone pivoting into marketing from a non-marketing background, to be able to say that I have hands-on experience and real metrics is really important to me. I've come to understand campaigns from start to finish in multiple areas of marketing, learned techniques for increased success in job hunting, and have been provided with so many great resources that help make it easier to show my creative skills. Another great strength is truly the community and support. Everyone in the program is so welcoming and I didn't find it hard to connect with girls who I can see myself staying in touch with. Also, the instructor and TA are really supportive and communicative! I'm so blown away by how supported I felt by the team. The one piece of advice I'll give is that you have to decide if it's worth it for you and not place its value on other people's experiences. Personally, I went to every live class and put effort into extra credit when available. That was what made the experience valuable to me. That doesn't mean that other paths are not valuable! It means you should know and understand the effort that you are capable of putting into this program, what you want out of this program, and if those two things align! Also, everyone wonders about the hire rate (including me). I think you have to disregard that in your decision. This program isn't here to hand out jobs or guarantee anything. But also think of it this way, the program can only HELP you. It's guaranteed to give experience, and it's guaranteed to exercise your skills. The difference it'll make in your life depends on your values and your effort! I'm not going to say it's 100% worth it and everyone MUST run to this program, but I will honestly say that the fulfillment I've gained from this program overshadows any skepticisms I had.

Being a part of Sky Society was an amazing experience! I learned so much and got to partner with so many great people. I am incredibly grateful for Briana and Andrea for always supporting us and being there when we needed them! I definitely recommend if you are looking for more hands on experience!
