You cannot find a provider of web hosting with this sort of complete dissappearance act in times when as a customer you are thrown into a disarray by this company own web hosting provisions. Being a customer and left in complete darkness - unable to get any replies is one thing - unable to log in to WHM - Cpanel - Emails - Wordpress over a span of 5 weeks is ludicrous!! Then there is complete no replies to updat eor cries for assistance and update - never in this industry of web hosting would anyone other providers would have done it!!!!Skynethosting.net offers a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee. That means your web server is guaranteed operational 99.9% of the time in any calendar month. Skynethosting.net guarantee 99.9% service uptime allows for 45 minutes of unscheduled (HTTP) service outage per month as defined here. For each additional 45 minutes of downtime you will receive 10% credit or refund. Regardless of the number of outages, all refunds are limited to one month's hosting service fees and do not include excess usage fees or other nonstandard recurring charges. The amount of the credits are determined by the following table, based on the amount of server uptime for the month in which credits are requested." As of today 25 May 2026 - receive invoice for renewal of service - Its automated YES invoice but dissapearance and invisbilty cloaks this compan!!!! I have backed up all my clients files, folders and website - packed and left!!!!! Then there is this GUARANTEE - "

I have been a long-time customer (almost 9 years). Initially, the service was great. In the past couple of years, the reliability has decreased. The downtime has increased in frequency and length. The speed has significantly reduced. The cPanel vulnerability incident is the final straw. Cannot recommend them at all. Their handling without customer interaction is completely unacceptable. No communication, if any. Days to respond to tickets. Hours with online chat without any significant information provided. I was fortunate; I was back up and running without lost data after 8 days, but the server's stability is lacking! There have been outages ranging from a few minutes to a few hours since the service was restored. The excuse is "ongoing" from the same incident. No further details. Now, the new hosting services cannot pull information from the server directly and cannot guarantee a smooth transfer to keep us up and running while SkyNetHosting gets its act together. Cannot recommend them at all! The price is not right if it doesn't stay up when you need it to.

10 Years of Loyalty Rewarded With Destroyed Data and Zero Accountability I have been a customer for over 10 years. That ends now. Every single year, their auto-renewal system fails. Every single year, a cPanel licensing issue locks me out of WHM for days. I tolerated it because switching hosts is painful. That patience was a mistake. Three weeks ago, they announced a server migration. Predictably, another "cPanel issue" followed — except this one was unique to them. I run three other hosting accounts with different providers on the exact same cPanel platform. Not one of them had any issue. Not one. Then came the ticket response — the only response I ever received: "The server was compromised following the recent cPanel vulnerability. The databases have been destroyed and only the website files remain. The backups were also deleted during the compromise." Read that again. The databases are gone. The backups are also gone. A decade of data — destroyed. And their entire crisis communication was one support ticket reply. This is not a hosting provider. This is a liability. If your business depends on your data — and whose doesn't — stay far, far away. Do not let their pricing fool you. The real cost comes later, and you will pay dearly for it.

Can I give Skynet a -10000 (negative 10000) star? For 15-days (30-Apr-2026 to 15-May-2026), they kept no chat, no reply to ticket, no messenger, no FB reply, they annouce little every 2-3 days. Then how can we do? no port, no WHM, no cPanel, no FTP, no Emails! Is it a business? It makes everything in a mess. The worst is Skynet still feel comfortable to bloack all ports! Provides us no service. If you want to find a reliable business partnet, Skynet is the worst choice! We have been trapped.

I used SkyNetHosting for a German reseller hosting service. After the recent cPanel/WHM security incident, my website, cPanel and WHM access were unavailable for several days. I understand that security incidents can happen, but the way this situation was handled has been extremely poor. The service was unavailable for days, support response times were extremely delayed, and live chat was either unavailable or placed me in long queues without any useful resolution. Because of the ongoing downtime and lack of proper support, I submitted a cancellation request for my reseller hosting service at the end of the current billing period. The client area confirms that there is an active cancellation request. I also opened a ticket asking SkyNetHosting to: Remove my saved payment method/card from my account Confirm that no further charges or renewals will be made Confirm that my cancellation request is active Provide access to my website files, databases and backups before the service ends Instead of answering the actual billing and payment request, I received a generic template response about the cPanel security incident, high ticket volume and server stabilization. The response did not confirm that my saved payment method was removed. It did not confirm that no further charges will be made. It did not provide my backup. It did not properly address the billing issue. There is also no visible option in the client area to remove my saved payment method, even though payments are processed through Stripe. A customer should be able to remove a saved payment method, especially after submitting a cancellation request. At this point: My cancellation request is active My payment method still appears to be stored My request to remove the payment method has not been properly answered I have not received clear written confirmation that no further payment attempts will be made I have not received clear access to my website files, databases or backups I have now informed SkyNetHosting that if my saved payment method is not removed, or if any future payment attempt is made after my cancellation request, I will escalate the matter to Stripe and my bank. Downtime can happen. Security incidents can happen. But ignoring billing requests, not giving customers control over saved payment methods, sending generic replies instead of resolving the actual issue, and leaving customers without clear access to their data is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SkyNetHosting.
