BUYER BEWARE!!! IT'S A SCAM
If I could give them Negative stars I would! These guys are nothing but a scam! They "processed" my seat upgrade and checked baggage order and 7 hours later I was informed by the airlines that I not only had no upgraded sets, I in fact had no sets at all! This means that 6 family members, 3 of which are handicapped will have to sit in middle seats because I let Skyhikes scam me into believing that they had done what they said they'd do for $488.40. These guys are liars and thieves!! BEWARE

However, we have not charged your card as services were not delivered to you because requested seats were already booked by other passengers before we could assign them to you. Airlines always have a control of seats over the third party, so we were not able to override their system.
