Really wish I’d looked closed into the reviews before I signed up. Where do I start. Menu navigation is very frustrating, far poorer than Sky q which is simple and very easy to use. Speech keeps getting out of sync, especially when I freeze and restart programs. I tried changing settings and still get same issue. Remote control power up is very patchy, takes 3 or 4 presses to get tv power on. The feel and look of the tv is cheap lacks quality. You get what you pay for. My advise is stay clear of SKY glass

I wish I never even bothered … only had it for a week and connection keeps on going down and I’ve got to restart sky internet every 3 4 times a day even high speed gigs fibre and it’s getting frustrating If you reading this then I would recommend that you don’t bother seriously rubbish

I got a sky glass TV 3 years ago and the screen has suddenly gone faulty with a black line and screen flickering. It hasn't been damaged in any way, I rang sky and they are refusing to repair or replace as it is out of warranty, I pointed out that I'm still paying for the TV and as such I don't own it, it is there property. They are still refusing to repair or replace and expect me to continue paying for a TV I can't watch 😡

I decided to switch from Virgin Media to Sky Glass, but after a discussion with my partner had a change of heart well within the 14 day cancellation period, returned the kit to SKY GLASS unopened but keep getting emails from a debt management company (DIGITAL DRA) telling me I have to pay £69 to SKY GLASS for something I have never had. After reading the reviews (all of which are negative) I would advise anyone who is interested in getting SKY GLASS to avoid them at all costs.

Don't get Sky Glass!! Absolute rubbish in every way, half the time it's say there's no WiFi when there is, keeps freezing resulting in a reboot, the apps don't always open then your stuck with a blue screen until you reboot! Shuts off randomly etc....... can't wait to through it where it belongs, in a skip!!

1 star is too much! Everything is bad..Period! Do not waste your money

Iv had numerous problems from day 1 diffenernt priced bills each month. Ive had my tv for nearly 2 years. There are Days where tv wont rurn on and the remote has been replaced twice and my sound bar has conpletely broken now. These tvs are ru bish dont fall fpr this rubbish product buy a tv from currys amd sky tv is a rip off aswel

Don’t do it. Honestly it’s infuriating, unless your WiFi is absolutely superb, (ours is Sky, so it isn’t) programmes don’t stream, quite often waiting for more of the programme to load. Supposed to be voice activated…80%of the time doesn’t work, so almost impossible to find something specific. We’ve had it for 8 months now and have regretted it from the start.
