DO NOT BUY SKY GLASS My husband and I have had a terrible experience with SKY Glass. It kept turning on and off, the picture froze and the wi fi had to keep being reconnected. Had extra equipment fitted to the system and a SKY engineer came out but the problems still continued. Therefore after complaining numerous times beforehand my husband and I phoned again today. After 6 hours we decided to go back to SKY Q. Finally got SKY Glass cancelled but have had to go without TV until SKY Q is connected in 3 or 4 days time. Also to add 'fat to the fire’ we could not get refund on the TV that cost us £309 which was part of the SKY Glass package. Please, please do not buy or use SKY Glass. It is an absolute rip-off!

Don’t bother wish I never did Half the time you carnt see nothing but blue screens on your tv so you don’t no what’s showing you they click on apps the don’t open as they just show blue screens again you don’t no what’s showing you reset tv and still the same so basically half the time you don’t no what’s been listed to watch has you carnt see anything but blank blue squares poor service

Avoid at all costs. The internet connection is awful, even via Ethernet cable. Contacting them is pointless as you just get he run around and nothing ever gets sorted. Do yourself a favour and don’t do it! You will be tied into a contract with a piece of rubbish. Will be purchasing a proper TV and this is off to the recycle centre where it belongs!

Finished paying off my sky glass tv 1 month ago....it now doesn't work at all

Signed upto to a full package with everything including a special deal for extra £20 for 24mth contract, get a 55" sky glass air TV! I now know that the 'glass air'is actually the budget version of glass, being sold it I was told it's the latest and newest available infering it's better than a regular glass. Glass gen 2 is better than glass air. Anyway the deal sounded good but.... The TV is rubbish, it's glitchy, netflix is unusable because it's so slow to respond, reboots itself, and locks up totally, I had to unplug it to reset. None of the apps work with Dolby ATMOS, sky content does but Netflix and Disney+ don't. Picture quality lacks contrast. I messed about trying to get it to work for 24 hours, updated apps etc. Gone back to my old LG TV. Now I'm reading lots of other bad reviews with other issues. It's going back as soon as SKY open in the morning. Wish I had stuck with SKY Q. You have been warned!

Shocking service. They sell you a Tv on a 4 year deal with a guarantee that expires after 2years!!! My Skyglass TV stopped working, as it was out of warranty I paid £130 to send it to Sky Glass nominated repair company and they said the following: Requires x2 electrical parts however 1 of the parts is a serialsed part which we cant do for R2R due to the serialised process that doesn’t work via this route. (NB: CRR so that doesn’t cover cosmetics, is functionality only). We have also been advised to let you know about the scratches on screen and stray polystyrene pieces. This might as well be double dutch. Also the my TV left in excellent condition with no scratches on the screen. I would NOT recommend that anyone buy a SKY Glass TV.
