I am extremely disappointed with this product, as it is simply not value for money. It lacks basic features you would expect, such as the ability to save programmes to watch later, record content, or maintain a library of your favourite shows. To make matters worse, it randomly switches itself off, and you have to shout at it several times before it wakes up and responds. It is frustrating, inconvenient and certainly not the experience I expected for the price paid. Honestly, I would choose an ordinary Sky dish over this rubbish any day of the week. Save your money and think carefully before investing in this product. It has been a complete disappointment. Was told by the sales person that the sound on the gen 2 was good, but its nowhere near as good as my cheap soundbar and bass speaker. Also, its sooooooo frustrating when you try and record and then it just takes you to bbc player or itvx etc. Worst mistake I've ever made entertainment wise. And they told me it would be cheaper than Sky plus but wasn't!!!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Worst mistake I've made changing to sky everything is done by going onto apps,11 clicks just to get the BBC news,try to watch on cycling on channel 5 app and its sends me to TNT so you have to pay.I can't get onto a website I usually use and it's a night mare trying to talk to a advisor four hours so far,you'll be lucky if you can understand them and they can understand you,look at other reviews and see what they say 💩💩💩

The new sky glass tv that we have is rubbish I’ve never had so many problems with a service especially one that costs me a lot of money and I should be enjoying We have had nothing but issues since we had it the connection to the so called amazing broadband is awful the sound doesn’t sink with the character talking you can’t record a program The voice control without remote never works

Terrible said it before and I’ll say it agian don’t get caught up in a contract with this… stick with sky Q don’t dare watch something and have a convo it’ll think ur talking to it… stop the film or whatever ur watching and search for it… glitches all the time! Rewind something be warned it’ll probably take u to the of the show… not suitable to sale tvs are chunky and ugly and they’ll make u pay to end your contract don’t know how your supposed to send a 60 odd inch tv back without it getting damaged

Do Sky Glass not realise that the standard of their service is so much worse than Sky Q. As a Sky customer for almost 17 years, up untill our recent change to Glass, we had unrivalled service and viewing. We could record programmes, if we didn't like them we could delete, our programmes were available from the moment the TV turned on and not a waiting period. We now have a list of programmes started but too numerous and almost at the end of the scroll down list to see them. The colour on the TV is poor, we did commit to Sky internet and then the Sky guy states on the phone that we should be aware of possible buffering but WHY? The TV will freeze then return and changing channels is a marathon with slow responding time for the romote and then after clicking on our programme it will send us to an advert for anoither programme so we have to to return to the original button and start again. Honestly the worst service and most confusing and poorly designed TV provider we have ever had. I do not have a good word to say about the service and honestly I have yet to meet a single person who can say its an improvement from their previous provider. We want to change to Sky Q, one guy says 4 days for a box to arriveand days later another guy says 14 days? We swallow the monthly payment for the Sky Glass TV (£12) a month and they tell us to go to Sky Go on my laptop while the change is taking place. What a surprise as I load up my laptop and nothing but errors stating I haven'ty paid my subscription for those chanells, and the guy has told me it might take a little time, well now nearly 8 hours. I then load it onto my IPhone and it works perfectly. The remote didn't work properly from Day 1 and a technician had to talk me through the process to sotrt this out WHY? Should the new TV not be working from the moment we paid for it? Honestly when Sky Q is back on (Please God) I will not recommend glass to anyone at all.

My sky glass webt west was all nice til the two immigrants to my house I’m a single mother I only asked if they could help me with the weight of a 65 inche sky glass they walked out with the replacement tv my kids was mortified… Sky’s still coming outta my bank what with evil people!!!!!
