One star is too much. I've been trying to buy an ipad for days. Now not bothering. 4 phone calls and they still can't get my delivery address correct. Relented and spoke to an advisor who said she would go through the process to check. Yet again went through the process with her but her final basket figure was a lot more pcm than my basket showed. Turns out in the small print where u think you are signing up for 24 or 36 months you are in fact signing up for a 48 month contract. Turns our the 24 or 36 option is just how soon u can swap. You have to read the small print to find the fact that actually where you think your signing for 36 months its actually 48. I've been with sky since the year it started. Now looking to take my phone and TV elsewhere. Not bothering with the ipad now!!!!! This is sneaky of sky so has made me miss trust them now checking my phone and TV contracts to see if they did thst there too

My sky tablet device 10 inch screen. I’m trying to find for a 10 inch wireless charger so I can charge my tablet. I only play games on it. Nothing else.

Truth is this Sky 10 tablet is absolutely no good and I cannot find a number to contact sky to have it discontinued. Wonder if I take a hammer to it if it will shut off my service. I cannot find a way to talk to anyone to shut off this service. Never experienced anything such as this but I wouldn't touch another device from sky under any circumstances. If anyone out there knows how to contact and have my service discontinued, please please let me know. This is ridiculous and I need help. Please someone out there help me.

Wish I could give -1,000,000 stars. Phone has 32 gb of ram but 24 gb is being used by the system. like are they installing spyware so they can see what the hell im doing, like they want to see me jack off that badly... and not to mention the performance is below horrendous. Games cant even run properly without the phone lagging out every 10 minutes. Just typing this review right now is lagging the phone like crazy. Not to even mention at all that the system even stops working when i go from one screen to another too fast. Please, whatever you do, NEVER EVER get this phone, even if you are on a budget. Every other mobile phone manufacturing company should take notes on what never to do. Please. dont buy this. And sky devices, Go screw yourselves for this.

Dropped calls won't hold a charge. I have had constant problems with Sky devices my Sky 10" tablet wouldn't hold a charge also. I became so frustrated with the tablet I threw it in the trash. I'm writing this review on my Moto XT2413-3 great phone. My experience and advice stay away from Sky devices, they will leave you with incomplete tasks.

They make a phone with 32 gigs of internal memory which is pointless because the dual SIM hardly ever works the screen never holds an application without dropping it you can't use like nine applications that I absolutely need in everyday life they're horrible they're garbage the screens don't work they cut out on you that you can't answer the phone I can't even wrap my brain around why they would even make a phone like this you go through all that hassle to make it to 32 gigs of internal memory and then you have a processor that's slower than dial up will not open emails it will not search in my Google it will not open my email if I could give this thing -5 zeros I would I wouldn't give this phone to somebody you hate

Your device is crappy and slow Freezes alot it's just st crap

These devices are pieces of s*** they lock up they freeze up they won't turn off when you're supposed to when you hit the f****** power off button and they're annoying as f****** hell I smashed mine with a hammer piece of s***
