it was good service till we called back about a $400.00 charge on the final invoice the owner who help us at the beginning came on and took it off.

My mom had passed away on Thanksgiving day and I was facing so many expenses and decisions, which was pretty overwhelming...but after contacting SkyCaskets, I received prompt, professional -and to be honest, Over-the-top customer service! Within minutes I was receiving several examples of absolutely beautiful caskets to choose from. The process was very smooth and the casket was delivered exactly on the time they said it would arrive...it was actually fifteen minutes earlier : ) And let me say, that the casket was far more beautiful in person than it was in pictures! Saved $1,000 by going direct with Sky Caskets compared to what the mortuary quoted us for the same casket, including the expedited delivery fee as we needed them to drop ship the casket directly to the mortuary within two days. Quicker than Costco if you are in a hurry like we were.
