Great customer service, I was updated through the whole process. I was a skeptical from ordering a bag online(thinking it was going to be a cheap China bag). I was more than impressed with the quality of the material. Every time I bring it to the range, people ask where I got it from, 10 out of 10 great quality.

I ordered on 12/1 and order has not shipped yet. I called and emailed multiple times with address and was told it would ship immediately. Customer Service was horrible. Will be finding product somewhere else for Christmas gift.

I made a mistake on an order. I was able to chat with someone who took care of the issue in just a few simple steps. Took less than 5 minutes for someone to reach out and fix the issue. Great customer service!!
