Horrible customer experience. No communication at all from anybody. Placed an order, a month later. Radio silence. I wish I could give 0 stars Updated 4/22/2025 Finally received product which is actually good quality. And heard back from customer service who attempted to make things right. Only after I left negative reviews. So all in all id say 3 stars now. Just wish id gotten more prompt responses instead of the runaround. But the product helped raise my review to 3.

After 2 months of email communication and problem solving I was able to receive a credit for the products I purchased. Once management got involved the process was streamlined. The best email if you are having issues is office@ Try that for the best results.

I ordered the tactical backpack and the next day I was informed by customer service they were out of stock and had to await shipment from their overseas manufacturer. I asked for an immediate refund and was stalled repeatedly so they could make the sale. I asked 5 times for an immediate refund prior to their shipping the pack from overseas. I was then told by someone the pack was American made and had already shipped. I again asked for an immediate refund because of all the negative reviews I had seen about this company. I was then emailed asking me to notify them as soon as I received the package and they would issue me a return shipping label. The package arrived yesterday with the label on the side, “Made in China.” I have notified them twice that I’ve received the package and have not heard back from them nor received a return shipping label. This company is evasive and deceptive and is only interested in taking your money. As of April 4,2023, I have emailed them repeatedly I have their unopened package and was awaiting the return shipping label they promised me. I haven’t received anything from them and they don’t respond to my emails. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I’m retired. I received a refund for the backpack on April 5th late in the evening and am awaiting the return shipping label so I can return the backpack to the company. Their customer service department really needs to work on its communication with customers. I was told I would receive a return shipping label, then when they had received the backpack they would refund the money, which is the normal process for an American company. They bypassed the shipping label and me returning the item and just sent the refund with no communication. ?????

I am so disappointed. I ordered the Molle seat back pockets and a couple of other items. I live and travel full time in my van. I placed in the order in hopes that I would receive it prior to moving on to my next destination, however, it appears to still be sitting in China. I sent an email asking for a refund but have not received a response. From reading the reviews, this is typical behavior of this company, dating back to at least 2020. I’ll probably never receive my $200 worth of merchandise! Don’t buy from them! Follow up: It took almost 3 weeks, but I did receive my package. In watching the tracking, it sat overseas for over a week and then in a warehouse an hour away from me for over a week, which was very frustrating. The delivery process has some flaws, so if you order something, expect it to take a while. Jay was responsive to my inquiries about the shipment. I liked the product when it arrived. The seatback organizers are excellent. I requested to return the visor organizers because they don't fit. I received an email stating that they would issue a 50% refund for that product, rather than having me send it back. I am glad I got the seatback organizers and would recommend them, just be prepared for a long transit time. I would also recommend double checking the return policy in case you can't return products for full refunds.

Took a long time to get product. The company said they were having shipping problems because of Covid. Believable since many companies are. They did offer me a partial refund. I did eventually receive the item but never the partial refund. I am happy with the product.

They sent me two visor caddies- a black one and a khaki one. The black one is fine. It fits on the visor of my 2006 Mustang and gives me a place to store registration, proof of insurance, a business card , a pen, a small notebook and a clip on flashlight. The khaki one is totally worthless. The straps are too small to wrap around any visor of any car that I own.

Paid for item over a week ago and never received it because it was never shipped. TT SkullVibe and they are waiting on product to be imported. Will update if I ever receive it.
