Great hat!!

I bought 2 for each front seat of my bronco 2. Paaenger side is for vehicle recovery, search & rescue. Drivers side is first aid kit and my vehicle support. I liked them cause of the black color making it hard to see for someone looking through the glass, but easily accessible from the back seat (if needed) and the ground. They even work with the rear seats stowed down...it just requires a specific order of operation.

What started out as a sketchy purchase and conversations with Jay, he made a sketchy start fair and balanced. I still hold reservations in any future purchases, reservations does not imply never. He made good and I do appreciate his assistance. From going to one star I will be just as fair as Jay was and go 4 stars. The product did arrive and it so far appears decent. I am definitely not a fan of buying anything from China but at times very very few of those times I will. I will pay more if it is for a product made here in the US and contribute to Americans having a job and feeding their families. My opinion, sorry not sorry Thanks Jay!

Initial order was met with some challenges, but Jay took care of EVERYTHING! He provided excellent customer. My husband is so pleased with this purchase and I’m pleased with everything else from Skullvibe! Great job Jay!!

Updated Review: I initially had a frustrating experience with this company due to a delay in shipping and a miscommunication with an inexperienced customer service representative. However, the manager has since reached out to me personally, corrected the situation, and even went above and beyond by providing me with a thoughtful gift for the inconvenience. Now that I have the product in hand, I can confidently say that it is 10 times better than the similar item I purchased from Amazon. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. While the initial experience was disappointing, the way the company handled the resolution has completely turned my opinion around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service can make all the difference!

Minus There were major challenges in finding my shipment and it took several days before it was found and made ready for dispatch. Poor internal communication between the sales and shipping department. The above is an incredibly frustrating process when you consider all the internet fraud that exists these days. You get restless and uncertain when things take so long. Plus Good communication with seller. Reasonable and fair compensation. Fast shipping as the shipment was finally ready. Good product.

Im in New Zealand. The molly car seat covers, i purchased, are great. The service was great. Great communication and the delivery time was quicker than our than most of our domestic providers. Only hiccup i had was trying to purchase the tactical range back pack. Communication started out great then fizzed. They couldn't send this product out of state for what ever reason?? they couldn't tell me. But i will still shop with them

UPDATE: I had ordered the tactical rifle case v2 but I wasn't happy how the pistol pouches didnt have any sort of straps/zippers to keep the pistols from not moving around(didnt want my pistols w/optics crashing into each other while hauling the bag around). So I reached out to their customer service to exchange to the v1 bag instead. Although they were really slow to respond like several days, they did take care of me and exchanged my rifle bag twice (first to the v1 bag and second due to the bag being too short for my rifle so switched to the 42in version). No issues with the v1 rifle bag, and material is well made and zipper compartments are great. Great alternative vs hauling multiple hard rifle cases.
